Sectors
STRIVE Healthcare’s investment scope covers the whole range of healthcare companies. STRIVE seeks investment opportunities in medical devices, healthcare IT, and healthcare services and providers, as well as in services for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. STRIVE is also open to investment in other services, products, or technology which may lie somewhat outside the above categories. In examining investment opportunities, STRIVE focuses on companies that have already demonstrated an ability to market their products or services.

Portfolio Companies
STRIVE Healthcare’s investment strategy is to exercise a controlling interest in portfolio companies. Investments normally involve equity purchases rather than debt acquisition. STRIVE focuses on enabling a return to profitability for mid-sized companies experiencing problems or undergoing restructuring.
Additionally, STRIVE Healthcare seeks to invest in companies already profitable but which can benefit from increased funding and management expertise. STRIVE provides individualized guidance and consultation for each portfolio company, resulting in increased profitability and, when needed, recovery.

Regions
STRIVE Healthcare mainly targets investment in German-speaking Europe. However, STRIVE is also interested in international investments if strong growth in Europe is expected and it is possible to target the European markets.
